Why do I need to sign a waiver before playing?
To acknowledge that you have been informed of risks and liabilities.
What risks and liabilities does the waiver cover?
Slips, trips, falls, collisions, and string slap are the most common.
The waiver also states that you will wear the provided helmet with face shield and closed toe shoes while on the playing field.
How do I sign the waiver?
Waivers will be provided before play or can be downloaded and printed off and brought with you.
What happens if I refuse to sign the waiver?
They will not be allowed to play.
Can my child play if I'm not there?
Waivers will be provided and MUST be signed before being allowed to play. Players under 18 MUST have a legal guardian sign in their behalf. Or print the waiver off here and bring it with you!
